FAQs
When will I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at our Abbot Kinney location. Most orders will be ready for pickup within two business hours. The email will also include information on pickup hours, what to bring, and steps to take to pick up your order. In Store Pickup is available during store hours.
Why is pick-up in store not an option for my current cart/order?
Merchandise and inventory vary between online and in-store. Certain products or colors may not always be in-stock at our store. If select products are not available for in-store pickup, you can place an order online and select home shipping.
What do I need to pick up my order?
Bring your ID and confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device).
How long will my order be held at the store?
Orders made online that have selected the pickup in store option will be held at our store for 24 – 48 hours. If you have not picked up your purchases by the end of the 48-hour window, your purchases will be canceled and refunded.
Can I select certain items to pick up and have others shipped?
At this time, we do not have the ability to have some items shipped and some items picked up in the same order. In order to accomplish this, you will need to place two separate orders and designate pickup for one and shipping for the other.
How do I return something from an in store pickup order?
Our Abbot Kinney store can process returns during store hours according to our existing Return Policy. The 100-day return window begins when your order is ready for pickup. You may also return your order online.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please call our retail store for assistance. If you do not call to cancel, and your order is not picked up within the 48-hour period, your order will be canceled and refunded automatically.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card (or other form of online payment) will be charged when you complete your online checkout
